This report present results obtained by the LCN in coastal Ecology of the MOREST program. Most of works presented here have been realised in collaboration with different partners who are cited before each action. This report is divided in 8 parts in 3 themes. This study, which was not scheduled in the 2002 program, is part of the WP6 of the "Mortalité et environnement" (mortality and environment) program. It follows the "Babe" manipulation (Task 2.2.1 - comparison between the Marennes Oléron Bay and the Bay of Veys). It gathers all the information about mortality in the two oyster culture sites between 1996 and 2002 and makes an attempt at crossing them with environmental data. In 2001, the Bay of Veys underwent a major crisis because of high summer mortality levels, whereas no significant problem seemed to affect the other oyster culture regions and especially the Marennes Oléron Bay...
